Suitable for all levels of fitness and flexibility from beginners to advanced. EVERYONE benefits from this program. Weekly sessions are advisable, but even a one off session can be helpful, whether it is for 1 person or 100, I come to you for an investment of $100.00 per hour plus $50.00 IF outside a 20 kilometer radius from Westmeadows.

The Stress Less Program is designed to teach stress management and relaxation techniques in a friendly, compassionate and fun environment, allowing you to, not only enjoy our hour together but to equip you with your own personal tool box of techniques, empowering you to manage your stresses at any time of the day or night.

With the power to control, even eliminate your stress, you will see a vast improvement in your work performance, your work and personal relationships and your health.

Through personal experience and training I have combined the best and most successful techniques from Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Meditation, Kinesiology, Shiatsu, Reflexology and Acupressure to present to you in an easy to learn format, offering you the greatest opportunity of success towards leading a "Stress Less Life."

I will teach you up to 50 different techniques in 1 session, all easy to learn and remember and easy to apply when you need a helping hand to cope with a stressful situation.

Use them as singular techniques for a quick fix or put together your favorites for a complete daily wellness routine.
